Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time.

  • Email support@carcostly.com
  • Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
  • You retain Pro access until the period ends
  • No partial refunds for unused days

Refund Policy

CarCostly Pro is a digital subscription service with immediate access to all features upon payment.

We do not offer refunds except in these cases:

  • Duplicate charge (charged twice for same period)
  • Technical failure: Pro features were completely unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to our confirmed technical fault
